Suggestions would be extremely welcome, so far this is what I have: This is a mid-game deck: the concept here is to play blue control in the early game until I can get a Jace, Memory Adept onto the field to begin real milling using his 0 cost. Inaction Injunction and Thought Scour both help on the draw to more quickly move through my own library; Thought Scour plays a 2nd role here as well by combo-ing with Azorius Charm to permanently get rid of trouble creatures when I can't/don't want to play Supreme Verdict, while also drawing a card.

The sideboarded Downsize would likely replace Blustersquall if a cheaper solution is required. Soul Tithe is another permanent form of creature hate coupled with a mana control aspect in case I'm left dealing with extremely powerful/high cost creatures. Dispel replaces Unsummon in more Instant/Sorcery focused decks. Blind Obedience stalls most any haste deck shenanigans.
