The focus is Mirrodin Besieged with a Modular alt-win-con.

Using the Urza Lands for fast mana. Expidition Map to tutor for lands. Chromatic Sphere and Spire of Industry for mana fixing. Gifts Ungiven tutors for anything and can put artifacts in the graveyard for Mirrodin Besieged . Inventors' Fair can gain life and tutor for an artifact. Karn, the Great Creator can shutdown opponent cards, tutor an artifact from my sideboard, or make a beater if necessary.

Thopter Assembly + Time Sieve for extra turns, potentially securing a win if an opponent can't respond and Mirrodin Besieged is in play.

Ugin, the Ineffable provides some utility and removal, as well as discounting most of the deck.

Alternatively Arcbound Ravager and Walking Ballista can be used to beat face. As well as "burn" or a sac outlet. Both can be tutored by Scrapyard Recombiner which also doubles as a sac outlet. Altar of Dementia can be used as a sac outlet and to mill yourself or opponent.
