Another budget modern alt-win-con deck!

The idea of the deck is to win through Laboratory Maniac.

Here's how:

Step 1: Play Laboratory Maniac

Step 1: Play Mirror of Fate

Step 2: Sac the mirror, choosing 0 exiled cards.

Step 3: Draw Out

Game over!

The key is getting to Mirror of Fate and Laboratory Maniac as quickly as possible, which is why there are so many spells with Transmute. The idea is to transmute Brainspoil in order to draw the mirror, or transmute Dimir Machinations or Perplex to grab Fabricate, which can then be used to fetch the mirror. They can also be used to fetch the maniac.

Most of the rest of the deck is counterspells to stop the opponent from interfering, and a few bits of removal to deal with pesky creatures.

Any ideas for improvement welcome! I do want to keep it budget though, so no crazy $80 cards please...
