This is an extremely low cost, standard legal, blue mill deck. This deck is perfect for players who dont have a lot of cash to spend on higher end decks. All cards within this deck are from: Innistrad, Acacyn Restored, Dark Ascension, Magic 2012, or Return to Racnica. This deck includes seventeen (17) creatures, twenty-one (21) spells, and twenty-two (22) lands.

This deck uses Dream Twist, Mind Sculpt, Stern Mentor, Thought Scour, Vedalken Entrance, Doorkeeper, & Chronic Flooding to mill the opponents library. With Fog Bank & Doorkeeper you will be able to stall your opponent. Divination allows you to maintain a card advantage over other players. Chronic Flooding leaves your opponent under immense pressure --- Theyll likely stall or they mill themselves. Lastly, Immortality allows you to reuse your spells. This deck has immense potential for evolving & improvement, and shouldnt cost much more than twenty (20) US dollars.
