Maybeboard

Before i go into the details of this deck, allow me to clarify that it is not for friendly EDH games. This is a hyper competitive deck that is meant to control the game and combo out before without your opponents knowing what hit them!

A majority of the artifacts in there are to compensate for the lack of ramp that red and blue naturally have. This tempo is a necessary advantage since EDH multiplayer takes out the zero sum element behind MTG and it allows you to outdraw and control your opponents after a few turns.

Here are some key ways to win:

Infinite Mana

Reiterate+Turnabout

Reiterate+Seething Song

Reiterate+Mana Geyser

Reiterate+Inner Fire

Enter the Infinite+Inner Fire

Pyromancer's Goggles+Turnabout (need at least 5 mana via artifacts for this to work)

Infinite Creature

Dualcaster Mage+Rite of Replication+Twincast

Dualcaster Mage+Rite of Replication+Reiterate

More In Depth Look

Keep in mind that some of these combos require that you have a certain amount of mana available either via lands or artifacts as well as a minimum number of experience counters from the commander.

A few cards in there that aren't relevant to the combo but are good for control:

Mizzium Mortars Mid range like boardwipe. Good at dealing with token decks.

Vandalblast Most combo decks use artifacts so this will slow them down significantly.

Time Warp and any other extra turn spell will help you gain counters and lets you take extra turns. Not to mention the great synergy it has with spells such as Mizzix's Mastery, Mystic Retrieval, Twincast, and Pyromancer's Goggles.

Some other things to consider. You can always toss spells like Enter the Infinite via Intuition or Frantic Search into your graveyard and grab Mizzix's Mastery to cast it for a fraction of the mana cost. Did I mention that it lets you win faster?

There are other extra turn spells out there as well but I found them to be unnecessary. It might be a nice upgrade to use things like Capture of Jingzhou or Temporal Manipulation. Seeing as the deck is expensive enough, I'm not sure if spending an extra $150 is worth it to reduce the cmc by a few extra turn spells by 1. If you have the money to spend or already own the cards, throw them in there.

Make sure to consider the order in which you cast spells. For example: You would want to cast Compulsive Research before you cast Tezzeret's Gambit.

Maybeboard and other notes

All the cards in the maybeboard are cards I originally put into the deck but eventually filtered out. Feel free to consider these cards if you use this decklist as a reference to build your own.

Tamiyo, the Moon Sage is also an excellent addition but not necessary to win. Since the deck already has a bit of proliferate it is possible to use her ult pretty quickly.

Chandra, the Firebrand also allows for some strong plays via copy spells but usually has a pretty big target on her head the moment she hits play.

If there are a lot of decks that are creature intensive then feel free to throw Blasphemous Act into the deck. In most cases, however, Cyclonic Rift or Mizzium Mortars will level out most board states to your favor.
