Izzet Spellslingers.

This deck intends to take a budget, midrange approach to storm. It seeks to build up counters in the early game while protecting Mizzix, with acceleration via proliferate tech, and then explode once it has enough counters to cast big stuff for cheap/free. Lots of ways to flexibly copy spells, accelerate your mana on a single turn, flash stuff back, and more. The weakness seems to be chaotic board states, as I have yet to find room for board wipes.
