Budget modern tribal illusions aggro-control. No sideboard because I can't be bothered when playing casual with friends.

All cards under $10 so no Aether Vial,Mutavault, or fetch lands like Polluted Delta.

Lots of cheap 1 and 2 cmc creatures to put the aggression on early. Mana Leak, Thassa's Rebuff, and Into the Roil let you play some control to either lock down your opponent when you're ahead, or buy time when you're behind. It also saves you from any Wrath of Gods.

Sleep is your game ending bomb that throws open the doors for you to sweep in and finish.

Serum Visions and Foresee grease the deck up, making it run smooth and consistent; preventing mana shortage or flooding, helping you dig for the other half of your Lord of the Unreal + Phantasmal Image combo, or find that game ending Sleep.

23 land might seem heavy for a deck with such cheap cards, but being greedy and missing an early land drop can easily lose you a game. Getting to 4 mana quickly in this deck is important because once you get to 4 mana you can play pretty-much everything while still holding 2 mana open for a counter-spell. 4 mana is also where Sleep, Phantasmal Dragon, Foresee, and kicked Into the Roils start to come into play.
