Any advice how to speed up this deck is welcome. Suggestions with fetches/pain lands with short info "why that specific one" are mostly what i want to get as feedback.

Chandra Ablze works great with Spellbound Dragon and Cruel Ultimatum. Alot of multlicolor cards which can trigger first chandra ability + creatures discarded this way can be used later on by Sedris, the Traitor King.The leathal dmg should came from either Thraximundar/other legendary zombie or Spellbound dragon.Not sure if replacing some of the counters with board clearing is good place to start while rebulding this deck, and thats why im asking for more opinions.
