My playgroup and I decided to build tribal modern decks on a $30 budget based on Card Kingdom prices (not including basic lands). We intend to play 4-player games. This is my list! I decided on the lands after the spells were finalized. My cart came to $29.96, so I think I did pretty well!!

The gameplan is to stay alive with threatening creatures that don't draw too much aggro until I can flip Brine Elemental and drop a hasty Zendikar Incarnate.
