This is a rogue idea based loosely on the U/R wizard deck that placed at GP Kansas City. The standard blue and red control with a splash for creeping tar pit and thoughtsieze. The Gameplan is to control with counters and hand disruption to fill my graveyard with instants and sorceries for runechanter's pike. throw that on any creature or even animate tar pits and equip for good damage. The Graveyard filling also gives me value with snapcaster mage. Ral Zarek does work to get damage through and the optional bolt for creature or player damage.
