I pulled the deck-list of Temur Energy, and I modified it for casual, modern play.

Early
1. Attune with Aether on first turn into Longtusk Cub on second-rn is ideal.
2. Use Attune with Aether and Servant of the Conduit to fix mana-base and hopefully get a 3 drop on turn 3, 4 drop on turn 4 etc.
Mid
3. Use Hornet Nest and Rogue Refiner to keep up with REALLY quick decks
4. Drop Bristling Hydra and Glorybringer ASAP
Late
5. Use Keranos, God of Storms, Commit, and Confiscation Coup to stay viable past turn 5

This is a Budget Deck (trying to stay under $50 for sure)

Mana Base is built based on 'Frank Analysis Building Three-Color Manabases'. Playtest the deck before you bash it. I've found I can very regularly have a Bristling Hydra and Glorybringer/Keranos, God of Storms on the battlefield by turn 5 and even more likely by turn 6.
