The goal of this deck is to use Twincast and Reverberate to copy powerful effects such as TimeWarp, Concentrate, Rite of Replication and even Anger of the Gods if need be. We use Goblin Electromancer to make these expensive mana costs more affordable. By having a Guttersnipe, Young Pyromancer, or a monestary swiftspear in play, we can quickly burn our opponents down.

One thing I love about this deck is that it's a budget buy in with a more expensive finished list. Most of the money here is tied up in the mana base. Replace Snapcaster Mage with Archeomancer, switch Cryptic Command for an alternative card for the slot, use basics, and the deck price drops to an affordable range (I know I'll personally be buying the budget version of the list to see if I like it first.)

In the sideboard, we bring in one copy of Blood Moon to hate out tron or other decks which rely too heavily on non-basics. We also bring in a stronger control package with Mana Leak and Remand in case the main strategy doesn't work well in a particular matchup, as well as some larger threats with Djinn Illuminatus to finish out the game. Delver of Secrets is included in case we need more creatures. Displacement Wave to eliminate token armies.
