The premise of this deck is pretty simple: get Momir Vig out, cast creatures that are both blue and green, search for more creatures (preferably blue/green ones), repeat.

The deck has two tricks to get creatures out for free. Alluren let's me play every < 4 mana green/blue creature for free (the first one let's me search for the second, which let's me search for the third, which ...). To get the big creatures out it can instead use Elvish Piper .

To dominate the board I use cards like Archetype of Endurance (to create a nearly impossible-to-destroy army), Empress Galina (to use my opponents' commander or other legends against them) and Vorinclex, Voice of Hunger (to halve their mana output). I usually try to get Archetype of Endurance , Elgaud Shieldmate and/or Kira, Great Glass-Spinner to protect Empress Galina and Vorinclex, Voice of Hunger first though.

To actually win I use Stormtide Leviathan or Archetype of Imagination to make my hordes of small creatures unblockable. If possible I use Ezuri, Claw of Progress to power them up first.
