INTRO

Here's my deck. It started as a Kruphix deck, and my first ever commander deck in 2014, then someone showed me that Momir is a better commander because he can pull Prophet of Kruphix out, then pull Kruphix himself out on the opponents next turn. So I kept building from there, and then WotC absolutely CRUSHED my feelings with the banning of my favorite card ever printed, so I changed up my Momir deck from being a Kruphix/Prophet centered deck into being a Toolbox deck where I can tutor my library for answers to any situation. This deck is effective against most any deck I have played against, and appears to be weakest against FAST combo decks that win consistently in the first 6 or so turns. Generally once if i can survive one turn cycle with Momir on the board, I can usually win against any deck. My goal creating this deck was to have a deck that could compete with top level EDH decks, but could also be piloted to be fun for everyone during casual games against lesser decks. Momir is great for this purpose, because his tutor ability allows you to choose how to win and play the game. You can go straight in for the kill, or you can set up board state and allow the lesser pheasants to fight among themselves while you just build up board state until you decide to make a move. This allows the deck to be fun in all environments. SIDE NOTE: I am looking to trade for any and ALL Promo edition Prophet of Kruphix cards. I want as many as possible.
