This is a combo deck based around making yourself the swag baron(ess) of Ixalan.

Use small drops like Aether Theorist, Saheeli Rai, and Opt to scry through your deck for Anointed Procession, Mechanized Production, and possibly Panharmonicon and, if necessary, Wily Goblin or Treasure Map  . Anointed Procession doubles up (or more!) the treasure you get per casting of Wily Goblin or the proc on Mechanized Production.

Padeem, Consul of Innovation will keep your counterfei- awesome booty safe until you win. In the meantime, use the creatures to keep yourself from dying and use Disappearing Act to bounce back Wily Goblin or Aether Theorist and cast them again while countering any of your would-be burglar's spells. Make it rain and have fun as you win possibly the first economic victory at your LGS!

Needed: Sideboard options, possibly more useful treasure generators as the Ixalan spoilers come out.
