Sideboard: for grindier matches, Endbringer is a curve topper that lets us draw some cards. Biting Rain for board wipes against tokens/zombies. Witness the End for matches where opponents will have cards for it to exile. Rush of Vitality can protect our Zulaport Cutthroats etc. if needed; alternately you could put Grotesque Mutation on the sideboard for more combat damage/lifegain potential. Murderous Compulsion for additional targeted removal against other aggro decks.

Notable exclusions: Bontu the Glorified (strictly budget concerns); Plague Belcher (possibly a nice beater, but just no synergy); Liliana's Indignation and Throne of the God-Pharaoh (not enough creature density to make it worthwhile); Shadow of the Grave (expensive and also difficult to plan around, and doesn't recover things cast with Madness); Remorseless Punishment (just too high CMC to mainboard and I just like Endbringer better on the side).

Possibly odd-seeming choices: Untethered Express (easily crewed beater, allows for tapping Night Merchant Lookout); Holdout Settlement (another way to tap NML, and also provides colorless mana in case we sideboard in Endbringer).
