This deck works pretty well. I rarely lost a game within my playgroup. There are only a few time they could handle my commander in time.

Juts mull into mana ramp for BBB to get your Maralen of the Mornsong out.Use his ability to search for Ad NauseamUse Ad Nauseam to draw Skirge Familiar, enough Mana ramp to play him, Exsanguinate and 42 other cards. Then start discarding your cards for 42 B floating and spend them on Exsanguinate. Hopefully your opponent won't counter it :D
