My attempt at a mono black infect deck. The concept is really simple: kill it with poison. I've seen a lot of decks that try to surprise poison with a bunch of giant growth effects, but I think this is a more consistent way of going about it. Gatekeepers are in for now as defenders as well as a way of getting rid of those annoying blockers, especially Mirran Crusader. I might try to find a spot for Sign in Blood, but I'm unsure of what to take out. Piston Sledge is kind of a surprise poison hit. Even if the creature it equips only hits once, it's still pretty nasty. There are a few artifacts I can sacrifice to pay the equip costs if I have to, including necropede and contagion clasp, but it's really there to just get in for 3 extra poisons.
