This is a deck I've seen several times, but i wanted to give it a different twist and make it as budget as possible.
Notable changes 4 Virulent Wound (a card with double value, removal and poison counter, but most useful when used twice, because all creatures with infect have even power) became 4 Disfigure after online testing
Instead of Wrench Mind added 4 Stupor for budget reasons (also better against affinity decks or decks w artifacts) - This could be argued over, feedback is appreciated
Added Duress instead of Thoughtseize and Inquisition of Kozilek (or Despise after testing) for budget reasons
Inkmoth Nexus is out of consideration because $$ lol
Instead of Geth's Verdict I added Devour Flesh because enemy lifepoints doesnt matter while playing infect, also for budget reasons and because if you are on a tight spot you can use it on Phyrexian Vatmother to buy some time. Also it is in for the same reason explained below.
-Since we have 2 non black mana sources Cathedral of War I switched Sign in Blood with Night's Whisper since you will not be able to use it as a finisher anyway because this is infect.
-the only cards I am missing for the main deck are Stupor (one) two Cathedral of War and three Night's Whisper
