So, I'm trying to improve this mono-blue control deck, but I haven't had success on doing that lol. I play only with friends so there is no need to build an expensive deck.

Currently the early game revolves a lot around drawing Sage Owl and Halimar Depths, then playing cards like Sea Gate Oracle, Surveilling Sprite , Scroll Thief and Thieving Magpie for card drawing.

For the late game I have Guile and Roil Elemental . I usually try to combo Deprive + Roil Elemental , but it's proven to work very few times.

I just got back to playing MTG, so I'm not aware of cool combos I can make with the cards I currently have and/or with cards I may add in the future. So I'm really looking for suggestions on this matter.
