This deck is based off of Matej Zatlkaj's.

Card Purposes:

-Aetherling is a solid win condition creature for the late game, if all else fails.-Claustrophobia is a decent inhibiting spell that also adds two blue devotion.-Cloudfin Raptor is an outstanding turn 1 play that evolves quickly into an evasive fatty.-Cyclonic Rift is a last case scenario board wipe, or some spot removal so that I can swing for game.-Dissolve helps control a little bit of what my opponent has, and the scry is a nice addition.-Frostburn Weird is a versatile 1/4 (That can attack for more power for mana), and adds two devotion.-Islands are mana. Duh.-Jace, Architect of Thought, disables many aggro decks with its +1, gives substantial card advantage with its -2, and you most likely won't get its ultimate off. Overall solid walker.-Judge's Familiar is another great one drop that slows down any decent spell in standard (makes your opponent play it a turn later), in the control match-up makes Sphinx's Revelation less powerful (1 card & 1 life), evolves Cloudfin Raptor, and has evasion.-Master of Waves, wow where to start. This card is an amazing win con, creates many, many, 2/1 elementals, and has protection from burn. Although the new Journey Into Nyx promo Doomwake Giant kills all these elementals, dissolve can be used against it if you know your opponent sideboarded this card in. Amazing card.-Mutavault. WHAT ONLY THREE YOU SAY? Getting stuck with a large number of colorless mana to low amounts of blue mana really hurts you in the early game, and I am unlikely to even be able to obtain one copy of this card, so yeah. Amazing card though don't get me wrong.-Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx is a good land, but same thing as with Mutavault. Ramp is not very relevant in this deck except in the aggro match-up, in which I can side more in.-Nightveil Specter is a great evasion card that gives three devotion and lets me disable/steal my opponents stuff. Play it.-Thassa, God of the Sea. This card is an amazing three drop, which will almost always become a creature, and gives you HUGE card advantage. Amazing card.Tidebinder Mage. This card is a 2/2 for 2, creates two devotion, and taps down a creature in the Red Deck Wins/G-R Monsters match-up. -Vaporkin. What, why are you playing this? It is a solid evasion card that give 1 devotion and also gets slightly pumped with Master of Waves. It also triggers Cloudfin Raptor's evolution.
