This is my take on the mono blue Pili-Pala, Grand Architech infinite mana combo build. Instead of using Blue suns Zenith or Banefire I run both. Recent additions to this deck to get card draw if you can't transmute into win con is x4 copies of Smuggler's Copter.

running Smuggler's Copter will also give you alternative wins if you cant hit infinite mana. you can just get in for damage. That's also why I'm running Prognostic Sphinx in the sideboard for alternative win cons. the Sphinx was in main board to scry into your win cons, and so was omenspeaker. Omenspeaker was removed from the deck in place of the copters, and so were the sphinx's. The sphinx ended up being good enough to throw in the sideboard for difficult match ups.

This build has been tested, and played lots on MTGO, and it usually hits with a turn 4 win that cant be countered. But if you're playing against a counter spell matchup Banfire pulls through.
