One blue mana is all it takes. One blue mana to get the gears turning. Grinding gears and humming reactors. Lifeless metal from that which had life. Arcum is the tinker in a cage of his own design.

There are few lands in this deck, because Arcum is supposed to fish up the Mana Artifacts like Gilded Lotus or Dreamstone Hedron, the Protection Artifacts like Crawlspace and Darksteel Forge, Token Generators a la Nuisance Engine or Summoning Station, and the Reactor. If you're the impatient type, or you don't want to wait for the Energy Chamber and Coretapper to charge your Darksteel Reactor, you can always go with Keening Stone, Grindclock , or the Goblin Charbelcher .
