This is a deck I actually own irl. Only cost me like 50$ so it wasn't too expencive to build was it now. Otherwise it's just infect with 12 creatures, pump and protecc spells.

Turn 2 win (example): t1: Land, Glistener Elf, Pass. Pray for no removal. t2: Land, Scale Up and Blossoming Defense for mana, Mutagenic Growth for life.

Maybeboard:

A non-modern legal card which would fit the deck perfectly is Invigorate
Potential upgrades for the deck could be the exalted dorks Noble Hierarch and Ignoble Hierarch, not included for budget reasons at the time of building the deck. (Ignoble hadn't droped in price yet at that time)
A playset of Inkmoth Nexus does not fit the 50$ budget. Who would've thought.
Infiltration Lens can be a good sideboard choice against creature decks.
Necropede and Plague Myr are good choices if you want to put more creatures in the deck.
And, finally, Gemrazer is a Rancor on steroids + a Naturalize. However i would only recommend playing it if you run the Hierarch boiz.
