Use Electrodominance or Finale of Promise with X=0 to cast Glimpse of Tomorrow as early as Turn 2. With a good hand you can wait until T3 or so and cast Glimpse with around 5-7 permanents on the board, hopefully chaos warping into Form of the Dragon and City on Fire to hit the opponent for 15+ damage on your upkeep. Electrodominance allows you to go Dragon mode at instant speed. Invasion of Karsus isn't the best boardwipe, but Glimpse can hit it. Voldaren Epicure, Seal of Fire and Gleeful Demolition (targeting Drossforge Bridge or a Blood Token) provide fuel for your Glimpses while also being useful for mono-red's usual Plan A (for us it's Plan B): Burning the opponent with cheap direct damage. Faithless Looting filters cards and sets up for Finale of Promise -> Glimpse. You can also discard your big-mana permanents and shuffle them back into your deck with Feldon's Cane, if necessary. Fetchlands aren't necessary and will keep the deck cheap, but having them makes things way more consistent. Since they remove lands from your deck it becomes more likely your Glimpses will hit the win-cons.
