Utilizing Saffron Olive's budget deck (http://www.mtggoldfish.com/articles/budget-magic-67-13-tix-modern-mono-red-burn), I utilized the core pieces here to create an even more budget version without overtly sacrificing the power. You do miss out by having Storm Entity replace Keldon Marauders two damage from entering or exiting the field, but it feels more unified with being an elemental creature deck. It also doesn't help my LGS in the area are sold out on it, and Storm Entity is a more budget option for the time being.

I replaced Flames of the Blood Hand and two copies of Rift Bolt for Collateral Damage and Pulse of the Forge, to make the deck more budget.

The sideboard also has reduced cost, mostly with no copies of Flames of the Blood Hand or Rending Volley.

Maybeboard contains some key pieces that once you have the budget, you can start to replace Storm Entity with Eidolon of the Great Revel and Hellspark Elemental.
