Mono Red Swiftspear Buff

Modern Aggro Budget Mono-Red

CPD

Rebuilt from previous versions of a deck using some black and Alesha, Who Smiles at Death, then rebuilt to be only mono-red and faster with Dragons of Tarkir out, then I had an idea for modern Boros since M15 will be rotating, but I have again rebuilt it as mono-red. The beauty of this deck is that, while it does operate on a combo-like strategy, and could be killed by proper removal or hand disruption, turn 3 wins are probable, and turn 2 are possible, although much harder to achieve against decks running proper amounts of removal or disruption.

The sideboard (once I get the cards together) will consist of Avoid Fate to help stop some of the problems that come with removal heavy metas, although it will slow the deck down considerably. I'm already looking into getting a set of Rootbound Crag for the off chance that the game goes long, in order to play Mutagenic Growth without having to pay life for it if I don't need to. I will also more than likely run a set of Bloodstained Mire that I have in another deck for competitive play, which would allow me to run the copy of Stomping Ground which I have in yet another deck in the side to help get green for the Avoid Fate . (Yay, $80 worth of deck thinning that I didn't pay that much for!)

Also, I'm considering removing the Zurgo Bellstriker for the last Blistercoil Weird and a second copy of Wild Slash , and putting two more in the side board against fog happy decks and as blocker removal.

Any and all suggestions are very welcomed and needed, so thank you for stopping by!

Updates Add

Re-tooled for true mono-red, except technically not because there's kinda sorta blue and green, but that's beside the point
