A mostly merfolk, but all wizards, tempo deck.
Using Unsummon and Blink of an Eye to deal with permanents, and counter spells to stop them from coming back again, your creatures slowly but steadily pick away at the opponents life total.
Merfolk Trickster taps down opponents creatures, helping your creatures get through unblocked, and it is also enormous that he has flash in a counter based deck. It's also neat to target an opponent's Llanowar Elves on their upkeep.
Although it doesn't happen often, Naban, Dean of Iteration works great with both Merfolk Trickster, allowing you to tap down two creatures, and Silvergill Adept, letting you draw two cards instead of one.
Kopala, Warden of Waves is good for stopping some removal, but unfortunately doesn't impede enchantment based removal like Seal Away. However, Blink of an Eye is good for dealing with those, as well as dealing with Sagas and Planeswalkers.
If the deck has generally been doing its job, Tempest Caller can win you the game.
Some of my numbers and the sideboard may seem wonky. I'm open to suggestions for any aspect of the deck.
