I was looking over my cards and noticed a fair number of white cards that tap opponents' creatures. I decided to make a deck that focused on that strategy. The intention is to use Suntail Hawk as a Voltron seed, then Bestow enchantment creatures on it, particularly Heliod's Emissary to take advantage of the tapping strategy.
