Chasm Skulker can be absolutely explosive with the right card draw synergies.

In this deck you want to play your Chasm Skulker as early as possible. Most of the other cards are going to help you draw cards in some way.

T1: Dakra Mystic

T2: We have 5 decent options. Jeskai Elder, Military Intelligence, Ordeal of Thassa, Stratus Walk, or Rogue's Gloves

T3: One nice trick is to Tap your Dakra Mystic and one blue mana to draw a card and use your other two mana to untap it with Refocus and get another card out of the deal. Ideally you get out your Chasm Skulker this turn, but there are lots of other options for you including everything in the deck except Bident of Thassa and Treasure Cruise.

T4: Keep drawing cards to pump up your dude making it more and more difficult to kill. In a few turns you will be unstoppable.

If they do manage to kill it, it becomes a bunch of 1/1 guys depending on how many counters were on it. If you have your Hall of Triumph out, they're all 2/2 guys instead.

I'm terrible at sideboards, so someone will have to help me out there.

I added Aqueous Form to the list. I also put Master of Waves in the sideboard and I can board it in instead of Cloudform or Write into Being. I still just want to see how those cards perform when the set comes out.
