Oketra's Monument is not dead (despite it being pulled down thanks to Bolas in HOU...)
This UW build looks to revive the deck, rather than playing a UW good-cards deck with extra value, instead going wide with tokens. This strategy is leaned on heavily in this version of the deck, including cards such as
Temmet, Vizier of Naktamun
and Aven Wind Guide to ensure your tokens are hitting hard. Aven Wind Guide is pertinent in this deck, enabling your tokens to fly over the powerful Abzan Revolt tokens deck.
Alongside this Tokens package comes 'Value' cards, like Fairgrounds Warden and Kinjalli's Sunwing. Alongside

, we are promised a number of tokens to swing in with, buffed by the Angel of Invention and Shefet Dunes

Still flexible, the sideboard looks to shut down combo, aggro and control, namely through Nimble Obstructionist, Authority of the Consuls and Spell Pierce.
Fumigate comes as an insurance plan when our Dusk / Dawn doesn't make the cut. Thopter Arrest is also powerful, answering The Scarab God and other 'win-the-game' Gods currently in Standard.
Padeem, Consul of Innovation adds spice to the sideboard, mostly protecting Oketra's Monument whilst drawing cards. I toyed with adding a God-Pharoah's Gift in the sideboard to side with her for value, but am not entirely convinced.
