This version of a discarder deck abuses Waste Not, a superb and underrated card IMHO. Get Waste Not out ASAP and dispose all of your opponent's hands to give you massive advantage early in the game. Pop out another Waste Not as soon as you get one from your draws to double the effect for each card your opponents discard further on. Consistent hand disruption and mass kill as early as turn 1 with multiple win conditions - Quest for the Nihil Stone, 2/2 zombie horde, Liliana's Caress, Sire Of Insanity.
Perfect Turn 1 kill plays
Scene 1: Play Swamp, Lotus Petal, Dark Ritual, Waste Not, Quest for the Nihil Stone. Sacrifice Lotus Petal, play Burning Inquiry. Draw a ton of cards, get a few zombies, float lots of mana for your next spells in hand. Ideal next move would be to cast Library of Leng and/or Liliana's Caress, then Dark Deal or another Burning Inquiry. The Library of Leng will make this process very painful for them but pleasurable for you. Rinse and repeat. If they're not dead yet, Drop a Sire Of Insanity before you end your turn then bid all your opponents a good game.
Scene 2: Play Swamp, Dark Ritual 2x, Waste Not, Dark Deal. Same thing, even better some times because more of your opponent's cards will be discarded meaning more free stuff for you.
Don't be afraid to mulligan down so you can start with either a Waste Not or a Wheel of Fate in your hand. Geared for multiplayer games, all I can say is - the more players, the better! A word of warning though - plan and calculate your moves carefully because you don't want to end up milling yourself to death before your opponents lose. At about $75, I think it's a good deal for a multiplayer Legacy-format deck. As always, constructive comments and suggestions are welcome!
