The main strategy is have Mikaeus, the Unhallowed + Triskelion in play, using Triskelion 's ability to do the last damage to him to die and reanimate by Mikaeus, the Unhallowed , this generates an infinite combo of damage. The fastest way to have both in play is using Buried Alive to send them to graveyard and reanimate it with Victimize . You can also perform a similar combo with Deadeye Navigator (Deadeye Navigator + Triskelion ) but here you'll need to generate large amounts of mana to be able to win.

The secondary win condition is use Leveler to exile your deck and have Jace, Wielder of Mysteries or Laboratory Maniac in play and automatically win at the next draw you're trying. Or use the ETB of Thassa's Oracle to win without draw cards (you can use the Buried Alive + Victimize combo to have both in play).

Another way to auto mill your deck is with Basalt Monolith + Mesmeric Orb combo.

Other of your win conditions is to use the Deadeye Navigator + Peregrine Drake combo to generate "infinite mana", after that play Torment of Hailfire .

Other abusive combos that can give you control or even win the game is exploit Deadeye Navigator 's ability with different ETB (Enter the battlefield) creatures, for example:
