Emerge Unscathed seems a little better in most situations than Artful Dodge because it counters removal. Same for Boros Charm vs. Assault Strobe. Boros Charm and Isochron Scepter also works as a good secondary win con. Shivan Reef is kind of a throw-in, but it works fine for the scepter plan. sideboard Raise the Alarm seems ok, but i haven't had a chance to test it.
