General Strategy. Mulligan for 3-4 lands. 2 mana lands are key for the start. when you get to cast Kozilek, the Great Distortion the fun begins. Its okay if it is removed or countered as you get to refill your hand.

As being a colorless general you have the adventage of all of your land to be utility lands. However this also means you get mountains with Blood Moon effects but it does not affect us that much(just need from an artifact).

Synergies

Library of Leng + Kozilek, the Great Distortion Counter stuff and save your cards? What is this a blue deck?

Geier Reach Sanitarium + Library of Leng Basically a Brainstorm but your opponents discard.

Thespian's Stage + Dark Depths this is soo good there is a deck for it in vintage/legacy

Extraplanar Lens synergizes well with Wastes as not many people run them as basic lands. A really good budget option.
