My Horrors are good to me.
The second deck I ever made, back in 2004 or so. Originally it was almost all Horror creatures. The cards were cheap and mostly given to me because they were "terrible", but it soon became my signature deck, winning me games by an early aggression, or sometimes because my opponent would be afraid of what I was going to do.
The deck has changed greatly over the years, maintaining the basic concept of self-sacrifice, destruction, and reanimation of everyone's creatures. My most common play was to overload my hand right off and Exhume a large creature like Devouring Strossus or Avatar Of Woe. Phthisis would couple as a fear influencer and keep may threats at bay until it was too late while creatures like Festering Goblin made great sacrifices.
The deck was always 80 cards and casual, but since most people I play with switched to only Commander, I decided it's time to convert this deck and revive My Horrors once more.
To improve the destruction and reanimation concept without duplicates, I decided to add white to the color scheme. This lets me keep Debtor's Knell and add cards like Wrath Of God. Athreos seems a befitting commander.
