Ultimately this deck wants to get infinite mana out via myrs and then you can either deck your opponent with Blue Sun, or kill them outright with Red Sun. There are lots of draw options to speed up this combo like bottled cloisters (no real instants to speak of anyway), Skull Clamp, and Crones (infinite draw with them if you get two of them with the mana combo and boots). The Locus lands help a lot to speed mana while giving a bit of life to buy time for the combo to hit. There are several graveyard options if opponents are picking off your creatures, and a few options like Reaper King with reviving Crones or Darksteel disk.

I made this deck from scratch in a few hours and have done some minimal play testing. Any suggestions are appreciated, just bear in mind I won't be buying any Time Vaults or the like in the near future.
