Here's a Nadu / Shuko deck that uses landfall to win.

The core of the deck is to play Nadu, Winged Wisdom and repeatedly use Shuko's free equip ability to draw and ramp as many cards as we want. Triskaidekaphile helps by letting us hang onto all those cards we drew and provides an alternative win condition but the plan is mostly to win by stomping.

Lots of lands hit the battlefield every turn to trigger the landfall cards like Springheart Nantuko (which can also trigger Naru if we haven't found the equipment yet), Evolution Sage, Retreat to Kazandu and Roaring Earth.

This deck whiffs pretty hard if you don't find the pieces you need so in addition to mulligans and Wizard Class we have Preordain for a bit more selection.
