With any of these combos, simply attack and win.
Generic one card combos.
Blood Sun fixes mana pretty well. the only land it affects negatively are the life lands. But you should be winning before that one life and a land entering tapped is important.
Alesha, Who Smiles at Death is a good way to bring most important cards back to life.
Champion of Lambholt Inherently works with Najeela. Simply pretend champion of Lambholt has oracle text reading "Opponents cannot block creatures you control."
Rubblebelt Raiders is very powerful in this deck. It could even one shot a player. For best results, Make sure Najeela's ability resolves first, so that you have more attacking creatures. Do note this work for the raiders and not Windbrisk Heights because Raiders says attacking, which the 1/1 tokens are. And Windbrisk says attacked, which checks to see if creatures were declared as attackers; Which the tokens were not.
Shared Animosity Same as Rubblebelt Raiders .

Generic two card combos.
Vigor + Wrenn and Six fit well together as you can use Wrenns -1 to target your own creature and get a +1/+1 counter instead.
