This is my version of a competetive Narset deck.

It has as many mana rocks, extra turns and extra combats as I could find/afford. Some cards are proxied (Tabernacle, OG duals).

There is a main win con, namely Enter the Infinite, leaving Beacon of Tomorrows or Nexus of Fate in the library. You need enough mana to hard cast the extra turn you're looping. Then you draw it for the turn, play it, it goes back into the library, reveal and cast it with Narsets trigger, repeat forever. With Steel of the Godhead or Aquaeous form Narset becomes unblockable and wins through commander damage.

Should this plan fall flat for some reason, another wincon is assembling Rest in Peace and Helm of obedience, exiling opponents libraries one at a time. Combined with incidental extra turns, this can also win the game from one attack.
