Use all the fast mana ramp to get narset out as soon as possible then attach some utility to her and proceed to steamroll face. Use Scroll Rack to make sure the cards you need are always triggered by Narset. Use Penance to put anything from your hand to top deck to insure that that card gets the narset trigger next attack phase. Use Proteus Staff to stack the deck however you need since narset is the only creature. Theres a few counterspells to stop anything that tries to target narset or remove her or if anyone has any bright ideas when you cast her. I added some tutors to search for stuff in case you want to top deck it. Other than that its pretty straight forward. You can use the extra turn cards and extra combat phase cards to continuously attack and you can use the copy spell cards to do more of the same. At some point you will be turning Eldrazi Conscription or any of the other voltron-ish cards that will buff narset and allow you to win in short time instead of the normal 27 extra attack phases it would take with no buffs and 3 other players.
