This decks wants Narset attacking as fast as possible to get free insane spells from her triggered abilty. There are no creatures in the deck, to maximize the usefulness of her trick. There's two fases to playing this. One: getting her up and running and staying alive with the help of a lot of removal. Two: attacking and casting a bunch of spells that give you 3 extra turns, free equipment, planeswalkers, and leave the oponent with zero mana, for instance. The opponent usually loses due to commander damage, or by conceding after reviewing the hopelessness of the situation.
