Leovold, Emissary of Trest , need I say more? I love my Narset, Enlightened Master deck in Commander and I've always loved the thought of having Leovold but he's banned. When I saw THIS and I thought WHOA this is literally Leovold. The original intention was to use Fabricate as the signature spell but then I realized that it'd be more card advantage to use Windfall instead. I'd use Timetwister like everybody else but it's hard to use that to finish your deck off for the wincons I'm using.

Strategy

This deck relies on a more control themed play style. You basically just stall until you Windfall into Teferi's Puzzle Box , and there's a ton of mana rocks in the deck to help you achieve casting Windfall sometimes twice a turn. Other ways you can get the box out are with Tezzeret the Seeker and Arcum Dagsson 's ability or with Whir of Invention .

Lockdown

So Narset's static ability is very strong and is the strong point of this deck. You cast Windfall , the signature spell, and you'll draw 6 new cards while your opponents are drawing only one. With Teferi's Puzzle Box it makes it so unless your opponents draw instant speed removal for the artifact that they'll tuck their hand and be left with no cards for the rest of the game.

Wincons

The main wincons of this deck are Laboratory Maniac and Jace, Wielder of Mysteries due to their effects that make it so you win when you draw out your deck, which with Windfall isn't that hard

This is a very strong planeswalker and I can see her getting banned in the near future.
