If you play this Deck, you're probably gonna win the game. Narset is one of the most powerful generals. Even in a multiplayer-game 1 activation of her ability can win you the game if you can reveal the right cards. And with that many planeswalker in the deck you can generate enough advantages, so you don't have to win in 1 go. Like I said 1 activation of Narsets ability can already win the game. In the best case scenario you kill 1 opponent with commander damage and another 1 you eliminate from the game because you have so many advantages because of your planeswalkers or very powerful sorceries like bribery or exploited knowledge. So in a 3 player scenario the game is over at that point. In a 4 player game there's usually 1 player who didn't have a good start so you're still gonna win. ;)

How you should play the deck: Always partial paris away things that you'd rather play for free, like every planeswalker and the expensive sorceries and instants. The best hand is probaly 4 land cards 1 or 2 mana-rocks and 1 haste-enabler. Commander damage: Narset has hexproof so she's pretty hard to remove to top that I play cards which make her indestructible for one turn so it's impossible to remove her that turn. Plus they have nice side-effects boros charm can give her double-strike and ajani's presence can give her multiple +1/+1 counters. If you get an additional combat phase while narset has double strike you can cause enough commander-damage to eliminate 1 player. Busted Cards: of course every planeswalker you gonna hit with Narset is very good and they gonna help you but the really good cards are the extra turn ones, the extra combat phases ones and of course bribery-ask ones. With strionic resonater out you can double the cards you reveal which is incredibly OP and your chances to get extra turns increase of course. Allstars: The best cards in the deck are probaly Jace the mindsculptor, ponder, brainstorm and crystal ball. They give you the ability to manipulate the top of your deck so you'll get all the cards you want to cast for free. if you have jace the mindsculptor out you probably gonna win the game.

This is my absolute favourite EDH deck (I had and have 8 other decks i.e. kaalia, zur, 81/2 tails, marchesa). I had enough money I probably change the mana-base so more fetchlands or untapped dual-lands. And I would add scroll rack and top of course and I would probably cut izzet cluestone and gift of immortality.
