Basic premise is that Xenagos, the Reveler Elspeth, Sun's Champion and Spear of Heliod are pretty crazy together

Sylvan Caryatid is for ramp/fix and does a great job of such, also protects your walkers pretty well

Selesnya Charm is there for combat tricks and pegging control players if they let thassa trigger into a creature or for whatever reason tap out to pump aetherling's power, also in the mirror it can exile Advent of the Wurm tokens and gets rid of purphoros if they activate him as a creature which is much more likely than thassa

Boros Charm protects your creatures, planeswalkers, and the Spear of Heliods so this is very important, also it can obviously be a very good finisher because often in this game of magics you get them down to 4 and just can't get a dang creature through

Magma Jet and the scrylands are key with playing such a midrange-y 3-color deck without the check lands or farseek to help with padding

Loxodon Smiter is good against aggro as a wall, good against control as an uncounterable heavy hitter, so it's wonderful

Advent of the Wurm and Trostani, Selesnya's Voice are honestly iffy to me, they seem maybe clunky but trostani can win games and advent can perform some instant speed board status change so I'll keep them for now

Ruric Thar, the Unbowed is a brain child for me, I think he will be fan-freaking-tastic post rotation but we will see, also on a perfect draw of Sylvan Caryatid turn 2, and Xenagos, the Reveler turn three, then Xenagos, the Reveler+1 into a Ruric Thar, the Unbowed turn 4 is pretty sweet
