To start things off this is a Naya Walkers Deck. And I'm going to explain why each of the 60 cards in the maindeck made the cut

Mana Confluence: This deck would normally be a bit tough on mana forcing us to play alot of scry-lands and sacrifice a great deal of tempo for consistency. This card gets us some of that tempo back and makes sure we cast our spells on time. The life-loss is largely of no consequence so long as you are playing your lands in correct sequence and you don't keep 4 of these in an opening hand against the burn deck..

Anger of the Gods: A card that is not seeing alot of play now will suddenly see increased relevance. Athreos decks will have Anger of the Gods annihilate their board states all day. Also Eidolon of Blossoms Bant Enchantment decks also have issues with this card. Not to mention its great vs mono blue, white wheenie, etc.

Mizzium Mortars: The second sorcery in the deck. Deals with fatty dudes like Blood Baron which are otherwise difficult to deal with. Also this will get overloaded alot, and hitting that 4 toughness really matters.

Xenagos, the Reveler: The 4 drop Planeswalker of the deck. He allows us to ramp and play additional threats in the same turn. He also loves to play 2/2's with haste against those pesky aggro strategies.

Ajani, Mentor of Heroes: The 5 drop Planeswalker of the deck. He just gets everything and anything you want. Want a removal spell? Sure get Chained to the Rocks. Want to start taking control of the game? Grab an Elspeth, Sun's Champion. Want to put the pressure on? Grab a Stormbreath Dragon. Just so many options. And then he even DOES MORE THINGS.

Elspeth, Sun's Champion: The 6 drop. We're playing a Walkers deck, we have white, we play it. It takes control of the game and creates the inevitability we need to combat those grindy games.

Loxodon Smiter: 3 mana for a 4/4 that dodges anger of the gods. Also get's value off of discard spells and is uncounterable. Seems good.

Polukranos, World Eater : 4 mana 5/5 let's play a strong threat on turn 4 if we can't land a walker or a wurm. He has a strong mana-sink effect as well for later in the game.

Stormbreath Dragon: 5 mana 4/4 with haste, flying, prot from white, and a mana sink ability. It's a nice answer to alot of the smaller planeswalkers in the format and it's evasion will often be the deal closer in clogged board-states. Being able to kill Blood-Baron and just wreck anything with white is wonderful as well.

Advent of the Wurm: 4 Mana 5/5 with Trample at instant speed. Seems pretty good. Great if you want to leave mana up for either of your charms and your opponent presents a favorable trade. Also a nice way to retaliate from a verdict if you don't have a Boros Charm.

Boros Charm: This card is fantastic in that it provides indestructibility for our creatures against verdict, gets us free wins with double-strike, and can kill planeswalkers.

Selesnya Charm : This card speaks for itself, the swiss army knife of the deck. It does what you want, when you want it.

Chained to the Rocks: Straight up 1 mana exile something if you have a mountain. Great way to combat fast opposing starts and to remove opposing problem creatures or bombs that would otherwise dodge our other removal.
