The idea behind the deck took inspiration from a little known law called the NDAA. I'm trying to abuse the Detain mechanic with blinking effects to create a continuous lock-down state, combined with other mechanics to do so. There are a couple different ways to do this though and so I'm needing help streamlining this into a consistent deck. The deck is a little packed on here because I wanted to put in all cards that have some sort of interaction. So

Keycards:

Venser-Utilizes blinking, primarily on my Arresters, to keep opponent detained until his ultimate

Panoptic Mirror- My favorite magic card. Once dropped, it combines with time warp, rite of replication, inaction injuction, dramatic rescue,

Martial Law- It's a little slow but it fits the theme :/

Sphere of Safety- Because of the number of enchantments in this deck, I figured this might provide some lock-down? Idk

Any ideas would be appreciated.

Thanks
