This is a Glissa, the Traitor list for cEDH. Glissa is not the strongest commander but she can compete. Her abilities allow for many cards to shine, for example; Keen/Sixth sense or culling ritual. This is a Midrange deck that can combo as early as turn 3 or slow your opponents with stax pieces to set up for later in the game. The main win con is to cast bolas citadel to find sensei's divining top then aetherflux reservoir. That being said, you can also win with necropotence/add nauseum/peerinto the abyss then win witherbloom apprentice and chain of smog.
