The minotaur tribe needed another solid 1-2 drop creature and they got a pretty good one in Burning-Fist Minotaur from Hour of Devastation. It may not seem like much, but it kills any 2 powered creature and it has the threat of activation to kill most of the format with one discard. The tribe can stay pretty low to the ground, but still needed a 1-2 drop so we had to slot in an honorary minotaur in Earthshaker Khenra which helps slam in damage when half their team can't block due to its own ability and Ahn-Crop Crasher. Play Metallic Mimic as early as possible, and follow that up with Neheb, the Worthy to really give a boost to your minotaurs. The deck plays 25 lands which is enough to often hit your 4th land drop fairly consistently and it reduces the chances of flooding out due to discarding extra lands. Hazoret the Fervent is the honorary minotaur God, who thrives on being heckbent, just like Neheb. insult//injury is one card that has some versatility in that it can make your creatures lethal very early, or deal a ton of damage in a control matchup early or can be pitched with discard and help remove a blocker and do so damage to your opponent at the same time. The deck is weak to control and very weak to sweepers, especially with the card disadvantage, but the sideboard is loaded up eith a recursive threat in Scrapheap Scrounger, as well as plenty of removal and discard. Good luck with the deck!
