Hello everyone! I'm putting together my first EDH deck to play with some friends who are also relatively new to EDH. Nekusar, the Mindrazer has always caught my eye, both as a card and as a potential commander, so for my first deck I decided to put a deck together based around the loveable ol' lich.

Mainly, I'm looking for suggestions on what to cut from the deck - however, I am also interested in any suggestions for additions, as I'm quite new to this. (As a note - the banned cards listed below were expressly approved by my playgroup.)

The strategy is, obviously, focused around forcing everyone to draw cards and punishing them for it, but I'm worried I may be focusing too much on card draw and leaving my ability to control the board and defend myself from opponents too weak.
